I'm a product designer with 4+ years experience in tech —from B2B SaaS enterprise solutions, public transit, to immersive technology.
Most recently, I shipped digital experiences for 41M+ users in the fastest growing transit system in the U.S. Previously, I worked on enterprise energy management systems, AI healthcare, and VR immersive technologies.
I create interactions that solve problems and delight users from seconds to decades.
Design is a team exploration.
When facing complex challenges, I find myself thriving the most when I collaborate with diverse minds. Whether as a leader or a teammate.
At Advantech, I collaborated with 8 multidisciplinary teams to ship a core product in enterprise energy management within a 2 month sprint.
Fun fact! I recently climbed to the top of Mt. Fuji with a team that I just met that day in Japan ;)
One day, day one.
I grew up in the diverse landscape of Taipei, Tokyo, London, New York, and now Seattle. One thing that has rooted in me is to "keep learning".
I bring this minset to tackle multiple problem spaces that were once unfamiliar — public transit, enterprise ERG, and immersive technology. Each taught me the power of curiosity and agility.
I'm also learning my fourth language:) (I can speak English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Japanese).
